Natalie Rosenberg is Vice President of Empire Search Partners. Natalie concentrates on consulting attorneys of all levels across a range of practice areas, including corporate, financial services, healthcare, intellectual property, litigation, and employment. Natalie focuses on finding the right match for each candidate with top law firms and well known in-house legal departments.

Prior to joining Empire Search Partners, Natalie was a legal recruiter at another New York legal search firm, where she spearheaded the company's in-house technology practice.  Before recruiting, Natalie practiced law as a commercial litigator at a midsize firm in New York.

Natalie received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. She earned her B.A. in Literatures of the World with emphasis on English, Russian and Spanish Literature from University of California, San Diego.  During law school, Natalie was a judicial intern to the Hon. A. Simon Chrein, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Eastern District of New York.
